Honesty is always best.. It's always how you say it, not what you're saying.

yes, even when the consequences are harsh. i rather die and honest man with a clear mind then a liar.

To a point. Sometimes people veil their cutting remarks with "honesty."

100%.

To some extent it should not hurt anyone

Honesty is always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS the way to go. No matter how much it hurts... Sugarcoating something is JUST as bad as lying... and silence should count as lying, too. Honesty may hurt sometimes, but it -never- hurts quite as bad as finding out that the one person you thought you could trust was blatantly lying to your face.

yes of course

absolutely. If your lying to me your an asshole. I am very open and honest, even when it hurts. I expect my partner in life to be the same.

Most definitely.

definately

Yes, although I tend to lack in that department from time to time.

Yes and no. You don't have to be honest all the time, but you should be faithful to your partner.

Most of the time. but personal criticism is not honesty but opeinion and can be painful. He is most disappointed who gets what he deserves.

Absolutely but only when solicited

Absolutely, sometimes it gets you in trouble but the alternative is much worse.
