I used to smoke and quit. I am a big time and control freak and I'm trying to be more lenient about that
It doesn't really bother him but I know he will be happy if I get slim and fit and I've lost 10 kg .. Not gonna stop.. I'll make the best for him
I am willing to try to change my my ways for him as far as I always want to be last word and many times In the past year I would forget my medicine and I must be able too take my meds every day

oh geeze Im sure I do over a hundred things. I'd change them all if I could.
I have already changed the one thing that bothered her which is being to dependent on her and smothering her.
She has the feeling that I talk too little and am a bad listener and I want to be better at both.
