I love to hear it when there's feeling behind it. Not so much when it's a reply.
They do not mean much to me. Especially if its said like when there is nothing else to say...to cover up the 'emptiness'. They can sometimes make me feel good...but I prefer actions or more elaborate descriptions of love to just I love you.
