Be alone

If I didn't find true love I would go at it alone, because I am a romantic type.

That's tough. I don't think I'd give up on trying to find true love, although I'm pretty sure I already have, until I was nearing senior citizen area...then I might settle or I might not. It all depends.

I would rather be alone. I would wait for my soul mate to find me.

I don't want to be old and alone, but I don't want to settle also. I like to think positive, I know there will be another for me.

I would not be settling with someone just because I don't want to be alone ... So I guess my answer is the latter ... However with that said, not settling does not mean that everything has to be perfect and that I have to be 100% happy ... Not setting means there must be a reason why I want to be with someone ... Whatever that reason is, there is a common goal that we are working toward together.

I'd rather be alone (with friends and an out-of-wedlock child or two).

I have a hard time envisioning a life with someone I didn't love. I'm sure part of that is because I've been with someone I love for 16 years. How could I settle after that?

I wouldn't settle again, I learned that lesson the hard way.
