I tend to avoid and internalize and lose confidence. My partner does the opposite.
talk,hug,talk an laugh
We talk about it - well I always push to talk about it right away. Don't like any lingering issues. We can always come to some sort of agreement.
By talking
I try to handle conflicts with empathy. However that requires a lot of perception, paying attention to detail, and choice of words and actions.
Talk and accepting the others opinion.
Lots of calm talking with no raised voices whilst listening to what each other has to say. Then come up with a mutural solution:)
Talking about it, but that's usually after the brooding and sulking.
Talk it out...but sometimes I hold it in to keep the peace
Just cause u hold it in doesn't mean u keeping the peace cause u keep holding stuff in its just gonna build up

Loudly, angrily, then sadly. We try to talk everything through do there aren't any future arguments.
Talking, I cry, talk some more, kiss n make up
Talk it out -- sometimes calmly, sometimes heatedly. But it always gets fixed.
We resolve our conflicts by speaking about them in a calm manner when we are sitting together.
We both tend not to and it festers into a huge mess that gets out of hand and really tears into our relationship.
How to handle it?

I really try to listen to him even when I don't feel like it
