Face it head on... The only way to deal with conflict is confront it... I used to be the one who held things inside until I couldn't take it anymore and then I'd explode... I've realized that does no relationship any good and conflicts need to be addressed right away so as to not keep things bottles up...

Sometimes I can be like a bull in a china shop. I just bore through without listening or looking at how its affecting the other person. I have learned in the last 6 months to slow down and look before crossing. Still a work in progress, but better than I was.
Yes, that is a great description but yes you have improved... we both are trying to get better and that just makes us better :)

Very carefully. I hate conflict, and avoid it as much as possible.

Today I pause to be considerate. pause to give thought. speak with respect. and when it is too hot, we put it on hold.

A gente conversa. Mas, às vezes, eu preciso esperar a Manuela se acalmar um pouco antes de continuar a conversa. E eu insisto que abraços ajudam muito nessas horas.

Nightmarish bouts of ultra violence.

Usually Not very well but always regretting the conflicts.

Luckily we do not have much conflict but when we do, it is addressed, discussed, and then we move on. I do not think either of us likes conflict much....so grateful for that!

Lol good question.

We talk and discuss. We usually are able to work out most conflicts.

We usually argue back and forth until we get hungry, she takes a Xanax then I go make something to eat.

We don't. We can't talk most things out because they cause huge arguments. This mornings discussion for example.

I am very mature and just stop talking... after a bit we then work out the problem...

Talk it out

Conflict ?! What's that. We have our moments I sometimes get too drowned around things around me, or we have duffrebt ways too look something but regardless we always talk we always compromise. We are unstoppable !! No matter how bad or dark we always see the postivr. Also we tackle things right away so as not to let them drag!! Love you
