Uh, YES.
Yes and I have a love hate relationship with it. I love it at times when we have tickle wars but hate it sometimes as well, I miss it sometimes when she doesn't do it too.

I'm super ticklish. He denies being ticklish sometimes but I know better. He hates it a lot of the time but I'm not sure when it's okay and when it's not
