This is tough! I'll go with my initial thought -- eyes. That was one of the biggest things that drew me in from the beginning.
her complete self.
Her smile for sure but I can think of some other parts that tie for a close second.
Any part that would make her less of her.
I would say his brain, but I don't think that's what this question is really about. Looks wise, that's really tough, I'd definitely say his perfect boy parts, his eyes, his arms, his mouth, his hair, nose, hands.....damn. I just wouldn't be able to be without you!
