Wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him. Rub his back and head. Wrap my arms around him in bed. Tell him I love u often. Cuddle up in his lap ( when he let's me).
Hugs, kisses, holding hands, cuddling. We are pretty affectionate
I really don't know how to in a way guess I'm trying not to get hurt again and it's the only way I know how to protect myself

I'm better in person to show affection. I could just hold her hand, snuggle against her, etc... It's harder for me to do that over the phone.

I try to be attentive to both her physical and emotional needs, and do things like remember what's important to her... or even trivially entertaining.
Hugs and kisses, shoulder rubs, lots of verbal affection.
We both love to kiss and hold hands whenever possible. And we have a very very healthy sex life.
