What a wonderful question today!!! It use to be us that both shared the responsibility but now it is me and the kids :(
We both are
Jeanie does the cleaning
We split it up usually. Depending on who is home the most that day. I have a scheduled cleaning list up broken down by daily,weekly,bi- weekly, and monthly. He has his jobs on there and I have mine. The basic cleaning is done by the person home at the time.
We work together but since I'm at home most of the time, it should be me. :)

Women are, men are better than women.
Not me. Primarily coz she is south better than me in this. My skill sets are different. Nothing wrong in being complimentary and specialisations.
