In my head I imagine frequency always being like it was in the "honey moon phase".. But ideally 3-5 sounds good

There's no single number, but say 6+. (The question is "ideal", right?)

Hard to say. Whats ideal one week is not ideal the next. Range iz maybe 1-5 times. Definitely more when we are on vacation.
Realistically I don't know, right now we go 3 to 5 times a day
