I think that it should be whenever the mood is right. Numbers are not the best way to quantify the ideal when it comes to sex. Like she said we have sex a lot, but it's the quality of how good all that sex is that makes it so amazing and intimate.

Except for our long distance sex sabbatical, I am extremely satisfied with our sex life.
I agree that out sex life is very satisfying, when we're not 1300 miles apart.

I don't like the expectation of putting a number on it. I think sex is a big part of overall healthy intimacy however, there are other parts of intimacy that are just as important.
We have sex A LOT and I love that but I'm not putting a bottom line number down.
