Somewhat. I always say I trust everyone until they give me a reason not to, but u can't trust everyone. My guard is always up.

I do not. My experience in the Military and as a Police Officer I have come to see the selfish and wicked things human beings are capable of. However, you are different. From the short and infrequent conversations we had I knew your intentions and actions were genuine. Because of that I let you through the gate of my guarded high walls. I trust you, whole heartedly.

Trust doesn't come easily to me and as a result, it takes a long time for someone to earn mine. A few people who are closest to me, my wife, my mom, a few friends, I trust completely. It's not that I don't trust everyone else, but my expectations are maybe lower than they should be. I'd like to do better with this.
