This is a beautiful myth. I've tried this and it just doesn't happen. Every guy is secretly romantic and wants you to be his girlfriend. I had this delusion that when I went on okcupid I could do this "friends with benefits" thing but I was wrong. If a guy is willing to sleep with you, he probably wants a real relationship. Maybe I just attract those kinds of guys.
