A decline in health

That I will become less attractive and lose her desire for me

Becoming sick and having to a burden to my loved ones

The fact I don't get to spend as much time with my kids as I would.

Getting fat and wrinkly and less attractive

realizing I didn't live up to my potential.

Losing my athletic ability

Not accomplishing my goals.

I just really hope it ends up being with Evan, the one I love because I wouldn't want to grow old with anybody else.

Growing old without my wife by my side to share it with.

Less time to spend with cherish family and friends (of course the first would be my loved one). And of course aging terribly/insufficient time to fulfill my deepest goals and balance work/personal life.

I'm most afraid of illness and being a burden on my loved ones.
