Losing my health and losing my marketability as far as my skills go
The thought and possibility that a health issue will become a problem and that I might not be able to meet your needs or provide for our family like you all deserve.
Number one: dementia/ altzheimers
Wrinkly skin and not picking up ideas/activities as quickly as I did before.
I'm not afraid of getting older,
Mine is already happening. having health issues that affect the quality of our lives and not being able to do the things we want to do. Also I fear having to depend on other people.
becoming irrelivent
suffering.

Looking old. Women are taught that they aren't attractive the older they get but not true for men. I'm too young to look this damn old!
Physical deterioration.
I enjoy physical activities and do not want to lose the ability to do those things

That the condition of my body will continue deteriorating. I'm already in constant pain due to some sclerosis and who-knows-what-else of my hip (and probably also back and/or SI joint), and a chronic reflux cough/vomiting issue has made my life hell for the last year or so.
I'm not afraid of getting old ..... I would like to age gracefully though . Ie. be healthy with no illness
