i thought he was an egotistical asshole, and that he was the sexiest man i ever met...oooh irony
I also thought my bf was an egotistical asshole when I first met him. I wonder how much asshole and confidence are related? Do you think you would have been as attracted to him if he didn't come off as an asshole then?

Impressed. Smart woman. Motivated. Confident. Friendly. Someone I wanted to get to know.
She was producing a conference at the time but I remember thinking she was very beautiful and in complete control of the situation
This guy is kind of a butthead, but he's funny.
that he was a chunky nerd. and then that he was soft and smelled nice. and then that this could work.
I thought he was fun & easy to talk to.
So it was about the 'fun' and 'talks', not the looks. Hmmm...

Those are both two good traits. They always say that women are attracted to personality first and foremost. I know that's always been the case for me.

I think it depends on the person. I know a handful of guys who always look at personality traits first and then looks. Just depends what you're looking for I guess.

Our common friend, who was with me at the time, she told me that he reminded her of LeVar Burton (from Star Trek)...so that was definitely running through my mind. However, I really only knew LeVar Burton as the Reading Rainbow Guy, and I loved that show as a kid. Hrm, I also thought that he was a little bit nerdy.
I really just remember kissing her as soon as we met... just to get it out of the way.
