He's really great at being a decent person. Sometimes that's so hard to find in a guy--they're pushed so hard to be cynical and jaded, always speaking ironically with no more soul left. It's hard to find a down to earth guy at the position I'm in. I'm a down to earth person and being around people who are good at being down to earth at this level of exposure... it's so wonderful.
