Depends on the situation and what the other person is feeling at the moment. We're pretty good at supporting and picking up the other person when they're down, making the other feel like everything will always be okay... It always is!
Well technically the glass is always full. Because whether there is water or air, something is still filling the entire glass.

I'm a, oh there's room for alc in that glass typa girl :P but really it depends, you can't think of it as always being positive or negative. I'm realistic, some things just have a more optimistic chance, some negative, some things you need to look at optimistically to keep you working at em, some things if you look at pessimistically it'll help you figure out a solution and be logical

I try to be as obnoxiously realistic as possible, but often that means the same thing as pessimism. I think my partner is a bit more positive than me, but not excessively so.
