I think naturally He is half full most of the time and I am half empty. However, I am learning to be more optimistic and practice seeing the positive in situations and/or people.
I am half full and she is two halves full

We are both half full.
For both of us, it depends on the situation. I'm generally half empty, but for some reason not when it comes to games involving my sports team (unfortunately).
I'm a glass half empty although I very much wish that I would be half full!
