Well I have experienced both which have helped me learn how to treat my wonderful Love.
Well, I've only had 2 boyfriends. The first was horrible, and the second is my wonderful love that I now call my bestest friend:) so I've only had one break up experience... And the feelings were mutual. Soooooo we dumped each other and we both got dumped. Lol. It was by far a very clean break up experience. Glad we broke it off too, so I could meet Mr. Right!
Only ever had two girlfriends. One dumped me, the other married me.
I've almost always been the dumped..maybe like 2x's it was me.
"dump" is an ugly word. If things aren't working out Im probably the one who gets scared & backs away. It rips my heart out when it happens tho.
After 17 years of marriage dumping is something I do in the bathroom and that's about it. Thank God my wife and I constantly work hard to encourage and love each other and build each other's confidence in the strength of our relationship. It's work, but it's the most fun work I've ever done.
Much better than dumping, though I still do that once a day.

I've been dumped, I stay and try to make things work out when I'm in a relationship. They eventually got used to me knowing I'd always being there, and didn't appreciate me anymore. They weren't necessarily in it for the chase, once they knew they had me, commitment issues came about.
Duummping
It's always been the " this isn't working lets just end it".
Equal.
I think its really been me doing all the dumping.
