Only if I fart quietly in public. I can tell when she realizes it, then she make a kind of yowl, "Really!? Oh that's awful. I can't believe you did that." I tend to move away quickly as if she were a crazy person.
Not where I felt it was insulting. Maybe jokingly... But not in a hurtful way that I can recall
