I am more tech savvy.
She's a programmer and I'm a former hardware engineer, so I'd say neither of us, but our areas of expertise cover different areas.

Him for now, but it tends to be hardware related. I'm slightly better when it comes to software.
I am and that's not saying much.
Both. He is better at computer program stuff but I'm good at other tech things. Not necessarily better except I use my smart phone more than he uses his.
