I think we are like Noah and Allie from the notebook because our story started out as a summer love but turned out to be a love of a lifetime and I love him deeply, madly and truly even though we have to be apart
Beauty and the Beast. He is not a 'beast' in a negative sense- but then again, neither was the Beast- he is strong, protective, much bigger than I am, hides behind his tough and intimidating exterior at times. Doesn't trust a lot of people too easily. His past, and the amount of pain there turned him into a Beast- until I came along and opened his heart. I am a teeny tiny brunette who reads and sees the good in everyone. And I love him, all of him, the beast and my trapped Prince Charming.
I don't watch movies much but I do love the relationship between Doug & Carrie Heffernan on the tv show King of Queens. they fight & argue but talk & laugh and through it all they love & support each other. They are there for each other. Lately it seems like we are more like the guys from fight club, always fighting, never fully trusting each other & wanting for it to all just be over. Sad but true.
I would have to stay Mr. & Mrs. Smith also. Wish I could have though of something different but that fits us best.
vince vaughn and malin ackerman in Couples Therapy...
The notebook. Start off young, loose site of eachother. Then grow old and die together.
Haha, Along Came Polly instantly came to mind when I thought of who we're most like but that's an exaggeration. I would like to be more like The Notebook though I know that that's not us and Along Came Polly may be more like it. But I really actually think we're most like Ronnie and Dave from Couples Retreat. Or the couple in Marley and Me. We have a more friendly even type of relationship.
She probably describes it best with equity and the beast. I'm a lot bigger than her and protective. She is a my little princess, caring, loyal, sweet, loving, and beautiful. She brings out a part of me that I never saw in myself. The caring, doting, loving side that the military had all but stomped out of me. And I'll love her forever for that.
Shakespeare and Viola from Shakespeare in Love.
We would be Patrick and Demi from the clay scene in Ghost.
Bogie & Becall, of course...
The O'Connells in the modern Mummy series. Literally a love for the ages.
