I try to face it head on cause i wanna get it over and done with as soon as possible. Its still gonna be there if you try to avoid it and will act as a weight on your shoulders until it is resolved.

conflict is unavoidable, its how you handle it.

It depends on the situation. Most times I avoid it.

Face it head on
Face it head on, otherwise it will always b a ball n chain being dragged by ur ankles.

head on unless I think it's pointless.

Both

Face it

I don't get into conflict. If there's an issue I talk it out.

Head on

Head on if I think there's a possible resolution. If not, I avoid it like the plague.

face it head on, unless it doesn't matter

If I have no choice I hit it head on.

face it.

I tend to avoid conflict, but if it directly challenges my beliefs, I will face it.

I used to avoid. Avoid all I can because I was afraid of relations going sour. Now I try to resolve the conflict as soon as it arises, even if it means shouting and cursing. Better to buy a beer after than to have a cold war for a long time.
