Usually face it head on, but it honestly depends on the situation.
I would rather avoid it.
I try to avoid it when I can or rather to redirect into something more constructive. But if it's clear that there's no avoiding it I'll face it head on assert myself.
HEAD ON BITCH.
Depends how important I find the relationship to the person/thing I'm having conflict with. If that person is not a big part of my life in any way I would avoid the conflict. But if it's someone that I am in contact with regularly I'd have to face the problem and find a way to get over it and move on.

Kinda both
My instincts say to face it head on, but I try to help our relationship by calmly understanding where the issues stem from, and meeting her halfway. My wish is I could do that all the time.

Oh...this one is easy. I am a big fan of facing conflict head on. Sometimes that is a positive attribute....sometimes not so much....
I'm often reluctant to face it and nervous about doing so, but I usually decide that I need to do it and psych myself up for it. It's always better once I get it over with and rarely as bad as my fears.
