We both are pretty much on the same page as far as money goes but we really do look out for each other

Him...definitely. I married a financial planner. Even if I wanted to be responsible for our finances I couldn't be.
Neither of us- we are poor money handlers
I am but we are going to work on it together.
We both look out for each other. I dont want him to spent and he doesnt want me to spend.
Definitely him. Not that I am irresponsible but I count on him to manage our money and he does it really well!

Both - I handle the "financial planning" aspect, but we both spend it and therefore are equally responsible for the success and/or failure.
