Both - I handle the "financial planning" aspect, but we both spend it and therefore are equally responsible for the success and/or failure.

We both look out for each other. I dont want him to spent and he doesnt want me to spend.
Definitely him. Not that I am irresponsible but I count on him to manage our money and he does it really well!
