Interestingly enough, 100% of my wife's income goes to mortgage, credit card debt and utilities. 100% of my income goes to food, gas, clothing, repairs and entertainment.

Both of us are on the same page about money issues and saving. We are both very responsible - but I'm probably more of the nerd who balances the checkbook.

We both are. We both have good financial awareness - it's nice.

It was him, but now he takes care of his and I take care of mine.

Our money is kept separate, but he has taught me how to be more fiscally responsible -- he is great in that area, it was my finances that needed a little work.

We are both responsible, working adults....

This is an area that still remains separate.... though I think it is still somewhat unbalanced. I think we are both fairly ok about handling money but definitely could do more to work together and be better about sharing this responsibility.

It has just been easier for us to keep our money separate. I never thought I'd be like that, but it just happened. He had student loans he was paying off, and I had several bills that were set up to automatically withdraw every month. Eventually we will join accounts...it just hasn't happened yet. :)

We both are. But I like to spend it. Lol
