Share the load except where gender specificity is a factor... I don't expect her to carry the new couch upstairs to the apt. Lol


All is fair in love and war ... If things are meant to be, they will be.


Frugality. Most of the time, we have a lot more fun avoiding spending money, than spending it.


On decision making: if one person feels strongly and the other does not then we proceed with stronger feeling whether it is to do it or not do something. If we both dont like something or feel strongly about it then we move on and look for something else. It has worked well for us.


We enjoy each day to its fullest and home is our haven.
