be nice, be polite. be respectful. enjoy what you have, be grateful. stay open-minded and work hard because nothing good just falls into your lap. - most of the time. ;) and if it does, don't take it for granted.
Communication unless I don't want to talk about it. Then leave it and me alone.
Eating healthy, being healthy, exercising = feeling better about ourselves.
And secretly having really bad sweet tooths!

Work hard. Make sure that the few hours we have to spend together is quality time. Occasionally be unpractical and do something spontaneous and fun. Never lose sight of the end goal because that's what we're fighting so hard for.
Happiness
Do anything and everything for our kids that we didn't get to do when we were kids
Having fun, have respect, honesty, and communicate
