Yep! New Years. It was fun! And delicious.
many. i keep doing it, so they must be enjoyable!
They go over well our families like each other and we adjust schedules so we can spend each with both.
Many...they hijacked the Holidays every year!!
A Friend's!!! Great!
No and I can only hope I never have to. I don't like family functions, mine or anyone else's.
Yep! Hectic, but fun. There's always so much catching up to do in such a short amount of time.
Yes, and aside from some awkward moments and a few intense ground- rules clarifications it went well. I think it comes down to the amount of time we're all in one place. The unpredictability of toddlers tends to stress my in-laws out, so it's more fun and relaxing for everyone if we spend less than a week together, and preferably not at their house. Like this holiday season we'll get together for 5 or 6 days at a cabin retreat and I have high hopes for a smooth vacation :)
yes i have. i spent christmas with them and it was so much fun! They made me feel like i was at home. I even got Christmas presents! I totally didnt expect that at all. I think I even helped cook a dish:)
I love my husbands family!

Yes. **sigh** I'd rather not talk about it.

We've spent several holiday's with his family, they are a lot different then my family, but they are nice enough.
Kind of and it was weird because I felt like I did not belong there.
