Doesn't really matter
It depends what each person is doing, I don't want to be brushing my teeth with my partner peeing less than two feet away.
I never want to get to the point where were shitting in front of each other.... Unless it was unavoidable or some crazy emergency. But everything else is ok.
Listen if I have to pee and you're hoggin it get out of my way

I don't care if I pee in front of him. Pooping is always a joke but I like my time alone for that one haha.
As long as its not #2 I am perfectly fine with anything else.

We both pee while the other one is in there because of how our bathroom area is set up; we rarely shut the door. That's as far as it goes....

Me and my partner use the bathroom for baths and showers together, I think it's kinda romantic and nice
