I honestly think nothing
I'd love to change my stomach and bum, not sure he has any major liking for those bits in particular but I hate em!
My partner likes me a better heavier than I like myself.
My weight. I would go back to my before baby weight.

I'd say my breasts. I want them reduced but someone isn't going for that one.....
I'm looking out for the children they will need them for sustenance...it is completely selfless
