Every mental aspect, really. I'm not very confident, optimistic, etc. &, I'm not really sure. I guess all he can do is support me, & we're working on that, right now.
My memory stinks. Not really sure there is help with that, but yet I forget to do stuff a lot.
Wow! There are so many things. For her sake i'd like to be a little more built. I think having her as a trainer/motivator would help. Sometimes I need to turn work off and just go before its too late.
My self image and self eseteem, I wished he would help some how... Just not sure how
Tone up and lose some weight. She can't.
I'd love to get in shape.. he needs to keep me honest
My self/body image. He is ALWAYS positive and tells me how beautiful he thinks I am...it is me and my issue but wish I felt as beautiful and he says I am :-(

I'd like to get into better shape. More exercise, and put a few more muscles on my body. As for my partner, she can help with, uh, some extra cardio. :)
I need to drink more water. He can help by encouraging me.
