I don't think so. we are usually racing each other or hugging, or ticking each other.
I'm usually on his arm. Feels more natural.

Almost never. We never walk anywhere and when we go anywhere together one or both of us are always irritated about being there.
All the time. We drive that way too. How it should be.
A few times a week when ever we leave home together
