She says dont worry, but i do anyway. Its sorta my thing.

I have to talk and vent. Then I listen to music or just do something else to get my mind off of it like video games, reading, movie, sex. I just want him to let me vent, hug me, make me a drink!

I deal with stress by talking it over and trying I resolve or release what's causing the stress. My husband can help by listening n talking back, giving advice, telling me it'll be alright, things will change...

i deal with stress with seeing my collection and talk to my partner

Breath and count to ten

I have hard time taking a breath before I get overwhelmed. I wish he could take notice that I need him to step in so I can step back and gain composure

I need to spend more time at the punching bag, that always helps. I also need to meditate more... that is a definite need. He can help by not adding stress but that is not realistic... so I guess we need to work on this one still.
