There was a point in our relationship where I felt very appreciated all the time, not sure what has changed but I don't feel like I am much at all anymore.
he kisses my hand and calls me beautiful. he helps with a full house clean and does the bathroom!!
Everything from surprising me with flowers to laying down with me in bed and telling me he loves me to the very most significant of all which is that he texts me every morning wishing me good luck, telling me I can do it and that he loves me. :) he is so wonderful I still cant believe it.
He shows me constantly, in many ways, that Im loved & appreciated. I hope I do the same for him. ❤

Tells me how happy I make him<3 it makes me feel good knowing I can make him smile
It ha taken me years to learn that I need words and touch. She is not a naturally effusive person, so it means a lot to me when she encourages me and tells me that I'm doing good things and making her proud. Lately we so a lot of that on FB which becomes a model for how others can engage their spouses.
She also loves to touch me and scratch my back (which always give me instant chills) among other things. After 17 years of marriage we've become quite adventurous about those sorts of things!

When he takes care of me. Like bringing me something to drink or making sure I eat or following me home and making sure I got on the house safely.
I like it when she takes care of me when I'm stressed, make me tea when it's cold outside, bring me a cup of water when I get home, make sure I'm not hungry, write me notes and hide them :), has little presents for me randomly and my most favorite when she flows her hands on my hair/scalp

I love when he sends me little presents or letters. Its like i get a little piece of him in the mail. And i LOVE sharing little stupid things with him like his tshirts or his facewash. He always tries to find movies that he thinks i would like, even if its something hes not into. He just takes really good care of me in general and i love him for it
