I am a light sleeper especially since having kids. I love it 'cause my husband will not wake up to their needs during any of his sleeping time.

We are both heavy sleepers but I don't wake up for much. She try's to wake me up but sometimes it just doesn't happen.
I'm light, she's heavy. I spring up, she drags. Different worlds, and we've had to take these differences into account.

I'm heavy. it seems he's a heavy sleeper but when he gets paged in middle of the night, he gets up right away!

I could sleep through a tornado. He wakes up if a feather hits the ground. Works for us. :)
