Well a couple answers here.........
That is a great but tough question. I need to try more to not add stress to her life but in terms of reducing, I find being more affectionate and cheery makes her seem to be at ease more so hopefully this helps her stress level. I try to always be the strong one to make it seem as if it's "no big deal" hoping this reduces stress as well but this is maybe not the best strategy.
By supporting him in his endeavors like his interview he had just gotten :) I'm always here to support him and to make him a sandwich here and there lol
Dance well at ball dancing class tonight.

I think I already did that a bit. Let her stay in bed while I drove the kids to school in the snow. She hates driving in the snow. I also suggested her mother stay home and not drive in the potentially hazardous weather. My mother-in-law is home safe, kids are at school, wife is home without pressure.
Make sure the house is tidy and wee man has had dinner by the time she gets home. Make a plan for dinner.
By talking to him. If I was with him I would rub his back :)
Get as much done around the house so he doesnt have to do much when he gets home from work.

I wish I could take the stress out of your life, I can't, the only thing I can do us try not to contribute to it.
Probably by letting her beat me up. She'd need me to let her though.
