Everything and still feel the same

Thunder and lightening! I used to hide under my bed...

People finding out what my home life was like. No electric no gas no food.

I used to have horrible nightmares, so I would be afraid to go to sleep.

I was always terrified of my house burning down.

Bedtime

Growing up, I was very afraid of the dark. I was also very afraid of stray bullets coming through our apt windows and killing me or someone in my family.

everything

My mom's boyfriend...

Sleep, nightmares or night terrors they've always happened.

I thought it was the dark when I was younger, but I actually came to understand that it was the shadows within darkness. If a room is pitch black, I'm not as scared as when it's only partially dark with a lot of shadows. Also, I used to get scared a lot because at times I would sense disturbing presences when nothing was visibly there. I especially got this feeling in my room.

Monsters under the bed that would come out when it was dark. I slept with a nightlight most of my life, still do sometimes. :)

My stepfather
