Alot of things but cant live in the past.

There are a lot of things that I would do over, but a simple change would have been to get contacts many years earlier than I did.
Change my high school decision
Well everything happens for a reason but I would say underestimated what I deserved :)
slow down and be very patient with everyone...including myself.
I would have a very impactful discussion with a certain person who tried to ruin my Marriage 15 years ago-And I would make sure he understood clearly that his life was at stake
I would've gone through with switching schools in 8th grade like I was supposed to so I wouldn't have been so pressured and stressed. I'm pretty sure that would have prevented my illness and depression
I would stay in touch with my host family from Germany.
I would repeat the years 18-30 and sleep around. A lot. I missed out on debauchery in my youth dammit. But I'm already making plans for next life!
