All the time. My friends become annoyed with me after a while.

I talk about her alot. She is an amazing woman. The way she is with the kids, special cakes she makes for them. Her sense of humor how fun she is.
Depends on who I'm talking to..but it's not a time if the say she doesn't cross my mind..she is my heart!

A lot
Quite a lot! A lot of my friends and family know him (and they all really like him too) and I really enjoy tying him in to our conversations from time to time.
They ask often how he is doing, so I do bring him up a lot. I try to keep most discussions of my personal life with close friends, and not so much at work.
