Both. I wouldn't wanna choose because this two together is what makes a person happy.
I say both are equally good. Each one by itself is less enjoyable than having both.

The feeling of being loved is something truly amazing, but when you can love someone else, that's the extra scoop of icecream on the pie.. it's makes you feel great and the other person too

How can you know what love it if you haven't been loved? Giving love with none in return makes you feel rejected... But if I had to choose I would say to love. I love the feeling doing something out of compassion gives.
