Support :) love it

Skypes me

Hugs me, tries to make me laugh by being silly or buys me flowers and leaves cute little notes all over the house

A big hug and then positive talk to boost my morale. It helps every time!

Talks to me

when he listens and shows very genuine concern..when he takes the kids when i need him to...when he comes up behind me and hugs me kisses me or does something to surprise me

cuddles ^_^ and talks to me about it

Honestly lately nothing. He is so overwhelmed with everything going on that I don't think he notices when I'm down.

Usually make me feel worse.

While home he usually rubs my back or gives loving support with his nice big hugs.

At time she holds me and rocks me and tells me it's gonna be ok.

Just holds me. Rubs my shoulders. Lets me snuggle in and watch a show. Just distracting me.

He stays with me and reminds me that he loves me and that everything is gonna be okay.

Listens and supports, occasionally advises, and then distracts

She listens, hugs, doesn't judge, believes in me...
