I hope she listens to me
He let's me talk to him about what's bothering me, he listens and comments when he thinks he should. That's the most important thing at the time....to have someone who loves you be there for you when your down....not to mention, he will bring home some comfort food or drinks....he is a sweetie!
tries to make me laugh.
He tries his best to make me laugh.
She asks me what I am thinking and takes time to listen to me
He stays with me, we talk to understand where is the problem and do something together like cooking, banking or going for a stroll.
she hugs me and makes me smile...
We talk them out
When I'm feeling low she hugs me and her hugs make me feel like everything is going to be okay. I feel safe. And when she tells me it will get better I believe her. There is something comforting in her and if the rest of my world is a mess if I can just be with her I know it'll all get better.
There is one particular thing thats makes me feel better. My wife will try giving me advice somties the advice helps other times not so much but just her trying helps to lift my spirits knowing she cares and loves me so much. But the best thing that can be done is just to hold me and show me love and that alone will help me come out of my rut.
aww honey I'm glad you think my advise is helpful I'm constantly trying to make you feel better when your down and if u don't feel better it makes me sad too. but I do not mind at all "showing you love" in any way possible!! 😉

Usually when I'm feeling extra down in the dumps I pray and put it in Gods hands. But if I'm just feeling like sad or anxious about something we talk it up and he makes me laugh ... Which makes me smile.... Which makes me happy
Listens to my problems and doesn't judge. Sometimes tries to offer advice.
She holds me tight and lets me cry as long as I need to, whenever I need to. I have a hard time asking, so it's comforting to know she just will if I need it.
Sometimes he'll listen to me while I cry wich is nice but most of the time he tells me to get over it wich makes me feel even worse
He listens to me , let's me cry on his shoulder
