She listens to me and will "take over" with the kids if needed.

He listens, gives me wonderful advice, reassurance and makes me feel warm and secure so I can get through anything.

Takes 5 seconds to pause his game to put his hand on me then goes back to the computer

Help me see the positive, describe the future and what we will do together. Tell me how great we have done so far.

talk to me, kiss me, and hold me

When I am feeling low my partner will comfort me, bring some of my favorite things and tickles me to make me laugh.

He asks what's wrong and of course I always say nothing at first but he keeps asking and we talk about things he is always encouraging me to make me feel better about things:)

Seeks to understand and encourage me.

I love it when he just holds me and talks to me. He almost always knows what to say to being me back to good.

Tells me she love me, listens well and supports me through all my tough times!

Depends. he either consoles me or makes me laugh.

Gives me a hug and helps with the kids. Usually that is all I need.

Shows me the bright side

Holds me.

When im feeling low my wife gives me space to figure out why im feeling the way I am. After a couple of hours She'll either comfort me, or find something I may have forgotten to do. Then talk about how she can do it better. A WIN WIN LOL
