1. Wife does all the social networking and filters the networking to me. Hep C is more appealing to me than FB.

Flirting of any kind would be inappropriate. You might as well not be in a relationship at all if you're just going to flirt with other people. That's a clear indication that you're not all that interested in her/him. Flirt with the person you're IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH.
