I think it's pretty even. At different times, each of us has been busier or more stressed and needed more support, but not so much that it's been out of balance for long.
Both, although the balance tips depending on what's going on. Example: I felt sick last night, so my needs were put first. (Thank you, husband!)

Hers, I would say. Or perhaps, she has had more needs lately, and mine, when present, take priority. It's hard to say... Perhaps a Google Doc would help.
That's the next thing this icebreak site should implement. A Google doc style spreadsheet. :)
