For me Fairbanks, to watch the northern lights. For her Pairs because that is where she wants to go.
Back home to london (great britain) where we began and still belong.

Costa Rica or Iceland
Italy: to see where my great grandmother immigrated from. See the culture first hand, experience the food, and tour famous tourist attractions.
Hawaii. I've always wanted to go and he doesn't need to get a passport.
I would go to Hawaii because I was able to go there for a week a long time ago. My girlfriend has never been to Hawaii and would love it.
Arctics -- to watch polar bears from a ship. And then -- a couple of days on St. Lucia in the Caribbean to warm up again.
