Uhhmm - me - not sure, he will have to answer that one. Him - he doesn't really overuse phrases at all.
I use phrases, but I switch them up.

A LOT! Eric knows what ones they are lol. I know it can get annoying to him though so i'm trying to stop doing them but after years of saying them over and over they are still usually the first thing to pop out of my mouth, i'm trying to change that
